Thank you for ordering from MossyGardenPath. We take pride in the quality of the fresh ingredients and the scrumptious pizzas we serve. We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned, and that’s why we have a fair and straightforward refund policy.
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. If your order has not yet started preparation, we will be able to cancel it and process a full refund in the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery.
Quality Concerns
If your order is incorrect or you're not satisfied with the quality of your pizza, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. You may call us at +44 20 7946 0958 or write to us through our website at mossygardenpath.site. Provide a brief explanation of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product. If deemed appropriate, we will either prepare a new order for you at no additional cost or provide a partial or full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
In case your pizza has not been delivered within the estimated time, please get in touch with us. If it's confirmed that we are at fault for a non-delivery or significantly late delivery (exceeding 30 minutes beyond the promised time), and you no longer wish to receive the order, we will refund you in full.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the preliminary confirmation from our team.

Loyalty Points and Rewards
If your order was paid using loyalty points or included a specific promotional offer, please be aware that upon cancellation, these points or promotions may not be directly refundable or reinstated. You may receive refunds or credits for the monetary value as per the refund policy stated above.
Gift Cards
Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded back to the original gift card within 7-10 business days. If the original gift card is no longer available, a new one will be issued with the refund amount.
Exclusions
There are a few instances where a refund may not be granted:
- If the order has been completed and you have failed to raise a concern within 2 hours of receipt.
- If the product has been significantly consumed or discarded before the complaint is made.
- If the preparation or delivery issue is caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery or contact information provided by the customer.
