From Naples to Your Doorstep
'MossyGardenPath originated from a humble aspiration: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture, started by the Bianchi family in 1985, was a quaint, homegrown shop infused with recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered her pizza-craft while traveling across Italy, being tutored by prominent pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, sticking with age-old techniques and supreme-quality ingredients.
Our initial tiny 12-seat eatery has since expanded into a cherished cornerstone of the neighborhood, yet we've steadfastly upheld our dedication to excellence and genuineness. Our wood-fired ovens, daily handmade dough, and selection of the finest ingredients remain our trademarks.
Nowadays, 'MossyGardenPath' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the progeny of the Bianchi lineage now at the helm of our enthusiastic team. Although contemporary advances have been adopted, the essence of our mission endures: to unite people with delectable, traditional pizza.
